1. 招聘部门：VPU

Job Title：2021 Graduate Hardware Engineer-Video Codec IP

Location：Shenzhen / Shanghai

Responsibilities:

- Develop IP modules including module spec, macro architecture, RTL coding, simulation, synthesis, timing analysis and fixing;

- IP level or IP block level verification, integration/implementation;

- Develop IP/modules, testing and regression plan;

- Design and develop verification environment;

- Running RTL simulations/regression;

- Code/functional coverage development, analysis and closure;

- Contribute to verification methodologies, and tool chains;

- Support/cooperate with FPGA verification engineer for IP FPGA validation; 

- Support customers regarding Video IP hardware integration, application, testing and verification

Requirements:

- MS/PHD/in EE /CS or related IT technology fields;

- Skilled in the field of digital circuit design, some digital design flow and EDA tools;

- Skilled in some of the following disciplines: RTL coding, C coding, Catapult C coding, simulation, synthesis/DFT/STA. Knowledge about catapult C design flow is a plus;

- Familiar with design and verification languages (Verilog/System Verilog/SVA etc.);

- Familiar with at least 1 scripting language in Perl/Python/Cshell/Bash/Makefile etc;

- Familiar with C/C++ is better;

- Knowledge of some of the following: H.264, H.265, MPEG, JPEG, AVS, AVS+ decoder & encoder is a plus;

Job Title：2021 Graduate Hardware Engineer-Video Codec IP

Location：Shenzhen / Shanghai

Responsibilities:

- Video codec algorithm research and optimization;

- Video codec control SW design for different multimedia framework.

- C-Model design and realization;

- Develop and test the video codec control software;

- Trace files format design and generation together/sync with IP verification engineer; 

- Cooperate with hardware engineers to optimize the performance of hardware modules and area;

- Help hardware and system/FPGA engineers for system/FPGA verification;

- Resolve customer video system software issues on Android or Linux OS

Requirements:

- MS/PHD/in EE /CS or related IT technology fields;

- Experience in C/C++ design, better on embedded software, be familiar with Linux or Android multimedia frame work, OMX/G-streams or Y4L2 preferred;

- Knowledge on hardware design and optimization is better;

- Related working experience in video codec algorithm research or video multimedia software related;

Job Title：2021 Graduate Software Engineer-AI

Location：Shenzhen / Shanghai

Responsibilities:

The Software Engineer will be part of a software development team that develops and deploys state of the art software for Artificial Intelligence (AI) related IP. The engineer will be expected to 

- Enable machine learning algorithms and/or applications on arm AI products for related the state of the art technologies such as Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Audio/Speech Recognition etc.

- Conduct verification on efficient Deep Learning methods - supervised learning, unsupervised, reinforcement, and/or deep learning for applications of object classification, detection and recognition.

- Develop and/or prototype software solutions (with all needed software stacks) for typical usage scenarios like in video/speech/text analytic generated by multiple sensors and tracking systems, achieving competitive performance.

 Qualifications:

- Master (MS) or Doctorial (Ph.D.) Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering, focused on Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related technical field.

- Expert programming skills in C/C++;

- Knowledge in Deep Learning Neural Networks (for classification and detection) and/or in one of following techniques, logistic regression, SVM, decision trees, and random forests;

- Working knowledge of CPU, GPU or DSP architecture will be a plus;

- Experience in architecture specific (e.g. Arm/X86 SIMD instructions) software optimization is a plus.

Job Title：2021 Graduate Hardware Engineer-AI

Location：Shenzhen / Shanghai

Responsibilities:

As a Graduate Hardware IP Engineer, you will contribute to RTL implementation / verification for Artificial Intelligence (AI) related IP and work on cutting-edge AI technique from ideas to implementation.

- Your responsibilities will be related, but not limited to:

- Learning AI related knowledge and apply to daily work

- Working closely with software team for hardware-software co-design

- Designing for Low power / Performance / Area optimization

- Applying Verification skill and methodology to daily work

- Working under pressure to deliver IP to customer

Qualifications:

- Degree from EE. CS and good plus with qualifications from circuit design / computer science

- Good understanding of modern computer architecture such as CPU / GPU / DSP / AI-accelerator architecture will be preferred

- Create the specifications for the next generation of Arm China’s CPU products, analyze the trade-offs between different options via modelling or RTL

- Design the CPU IP in RTL, work with the rest of the design team to deliver a product with leading power efficiency and performance

- Develop the verification environments, working with the rest of the verification team to find bugs in the design and deliver high quality products

- Create testplans, write test cases, code functional coverage, analyze and close the coverage while working closely with the design teams

- Work closely with cross functional teams like architecture, design, verification, modelling, implementation etc.

Qualifications:

- Responsible for the development of physical IP layouts in advance CMOS and FinFET process;

- Perform physical verification(DRC/LVS/Antenna) for standard cell, memory and IO, from bottom cells to top hierarchy.

- Work closely with circuit design engineers to ensure highest quality physical IP layout.

Job Title：2021 Graduate Circuit Design Engineer

Location：Chengdu

Responsibilities: 

- Responsible for the development of physical IP (standard cell library, memory and IO) structure definition and circuit design on different process technology.

- Responsible for physical IP development flow and design methodology.

- Analyse and optimize physical IP timing, power and area.

- Guide layout engineer, assist in layout optimization based on post-simulation results.

Requirements:

- Master degree or above in related fields such electrical engineering, computer science, physics and etc.

- Good understanding semiconductor process/devices/physics, familiar with transistor lever circuit simulation and verification.

- Skillful in the use of EDA tools(virtuoso, spectre, hspice, HSIM, Finesim, StarRC etc.).
